Applying as a non-EU national - Master's degree

Here you will find information about applying for Master's study programs at Fachhochschule Dortmund for international applicants.

You can apply directly to us for almost all Master's degree programs. Exception: International Management

Applicants for Master's degree programs from non-EU countries apply via the joint online portal of Fachhochschule Dortmund. This portal is used by all applicant groups, regardless of nationality. Specific questions are asked during the application process to determine whether the application is from an EU or non-EU country.

The application documents must only be uploaded online as a PDF file; it is not necessary to send them by post!

You do NOT need to provide proof of language skills at the time of application, you will only need this later for enrollment. Please refer to the respective pages of the study programs to find out in which language they are offered.

The application deadline for the summer semester is January 15, the deadline for the winter semester is June 15.
