The aim of the evaluation is to carry out an analysis of the network structures and their working methods as well as the activities, offers, projects and measures carried out in the neighborhoods. Concrete decisions on how the network would like to develop further can be discussed with and by all stakeholders on this basis.

Central questions are which working methods and measures are assessed as positive or not effective from the various perspectives, as well as which beneficial and non-beneficial factors can be identified and derived for the target group. We are thus looking at systematic changes in practice in the implementation of network work as well as campaigns, offers, projects and measures.

We use a qualitative research approach for the evaluation. This involves scientifically monitoring changes in practice and assessing their impact by describing and analyzing all relevant processes in an open, case-by-case and subject-oriented manner. The individual perspectives of the various actors in the network are at the heart of our research. It is particularly important to us to take into account the equal value of interests and the diversity of existing services and measures.
