Intelligent applications in residential buildings not only support residents in their everyday lives. They can also contribute to the economical operation of apartment buildings. Smart living - the future of housing - represents a unique mega-ecosystem in which high growth rates can be expected. However, today both consumers and housing companies are faced with a multitude of isolated solutions. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI), these systems should not only be able to talk to each other in future, but also learn from each other. Existing and new smart living solutions will be brought together on the basis of an open platform. Thanks to AI methods, they should not only react, but also act with foresight - this can create significant added value for both residents and building operators, according to the project idea.
