750 meters of swimming, 20 kilometers of cycling and 5 kilometers of running - these are the disciplines of the sprint distance triathlon. 34 teams competed in the mixed relay.
Dr. Thilo Groll took to the water for Fachhochschule Dortmund, Margit Reiberg swam on her bike and Dr. Werner Link laced up his running shoes. Together they achieved a time of 1:12:14, with Dr. Link even finishing the run course third fastest.
Many current and former students and lecturers from Fachhochschule Dortmund were among the volunteers at the big event.
