Following the experience with the coronavirus pandemic, the legislator has now permanently given stock corporations the option of holding Annual General Meetings virtually. In addition, shareholders should be able to exercise their rights in full digitally, regardless of the form of meeting. This article explains the key elements of a general meeting and analyzes its new digital form.
