This document specifies requirements for robots that perform teleoperated, autonomous or semi-autonomous extinguishing and/or detection tasks. It describes capabilities for extinguishing and detecting fires, both for hardware and software. In addition, framework conditions for assistance functions and radio communication are provided. With this document, systems can be clearly classified according to the damage and fire classes that they can fight or detect. This DIN SPEC was developed in accordance with the PAS procedure. DIN SPECs are developed in accordance with the PAS procedure in DIN SPEC (PAS) consortia and not necessarily with the involvement of all interested parties.
