Prof. Lars Harmsen, who juggles roles such as head of design at the Munich-based agency Melville Brand Design and running the show at Slanted Publishers.
He has been sharing his typographic expertise since 2011 at Dortmund University and even took his show to the American University of Sharjah.
Always a multitasker, he runs the 100for10 book series and oversees Poster Rex’s silkscreen extravaganzas. He’s practically a walking library of art, with a mountain of books on design, typography, and photography under his belt. And as the clock keeps ticking, he finds himself wondering: What’s the grand purpose of this circus, anyway?
