Controlling department
Controlling creates transparency in the company and supports economic management at all decision-making levels of the organizational and operational structure. The main focus of research and teaching in the Department of Controlling at Fachhochschule Dortmund is on the use of methods, the multidimensional controlling system of a company and BI-supported controlling. The focus here is on the following areas:
