At the Emil-Figge-Str. 44 location, the library has its own library classroom, room 380. This is used for the library's training events(Opens in a new tab)  and for internal purposes. However, lecturers and employees of the university can also use the room for their own events. It offers space for a maximum of 20 people, of which up to 15 can use a PC.

At the Sonnenstraße location, the library has a multifunctional event, study and recreation room, the BibLounge (room A207). As a rule, this is freely accessible to students and employees and can be used for individual and group work scenarios as well as meetings and relaxation breaks. Library training events also take place here. Depending on the setting, the room offers space for 10 to 20 people and can be booked on request.
