Fees for exceeding deadlines
Fees will be charged per medium or locker if deadlines are exceeded.
The charging of fees and the reimbursement of expenses are governed by the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts Library's fees and charges regulations(Opens in a new tab) as amended on June 11, 2015.
The amount of the fees is as follows:
| Exceeding the deadline by up to 10 calendar days | 2 Euro per medium/locker |
| Exceeding the deadline by up to 20 calendar days | 5 euros per medium/locker |
| Exceeding the deadline by up to 30 calendar days | 10 Euro per medium/locker |
| Exceeding the time limit by up to 40 calendar days | 20 Euro per medium/locker |
| Exceeding the time limit for short-term loans | 2 Euro per medium and calendar day |

Payment of fees
Payment of overdue fees for media and lockers is only possible at all locations without cash by GiroCard and only during service hours. The account details for payment by bank transfer (usually possible from 10 euros) are available on request.
