It is possible to be exempted from lessons by the school for our Open Day. Please speak to your teachers about this.

By public transportation:
- Take the U46 subway to the Saarlandstraße stop, from there a 3-minute walk to the Sonnenstraße location.
- By S-Bahn S4 to the Möllerbrücke stop, from there a 5-minute walk to the Sonnenstraße location.
By bicycle:
- From the city center via Hohe Straße or Möllerstraße to Sonnenstraße.
- There are two Metropolradruhr stations nearby:
- Number 7374 on Sonnenstraße
- Number 7325 on Hohe Straße.
By car:
- The Sonnenstraße campus is located at Sonnenstraße 96-100, 44139 Dortmund, directly in the Kreuzviertel district.
- Unfortunately, there are no designated parking spaces for FH visitors in the Kreuzviertel.
- Please use the public parking spaces in the Kreuzviertel.
- Paid parking is also available in the parking garage at the Klinikum, Hohe Straße 33, from where it is a three-minute walk to the Sonnenstraße campus.
By public transportation:
- Take the S-Bahn S1 to the stop Dortmund-Universität, from there it is a two-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
- Take bus 445, E445 or E462 to the Emil-Figge-Straße stop, from there it is a one-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
- Take the H-Bahn to Dortmund-Universität S station. From there it is a four-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
By bike:
- From the city center via Hohe Straße, Kreuzstraße and the cycle path on Rheinlanddamm/B1 to Emil-Figge-Straße. Bicycle parking spaces are available on site.
- Three Metropolradruhr stations are located near our Emil-Figge-Straße campus:
- Number 7375 directly on our premises at Emil-Figge-Straße 42
- Number 7376 at Emil-Figge-Straße 50
- Number 7372 at the University/S-Bahn station stop
By car:
- Parking is available
- in the Emil-Figge-Straße parking lot (entrance 18), directly opposite the University of Applied Sciences. From there it is a two-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
- at Vogelpothsweg 85 in the parking lot below the Mensa bridge, from there it is a ten-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
- at Otto-Hahn-Straße 4 in the Campus Nord parking lot, from there it is a ten-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
- at Baroper Str. 331 in the Campus Süd parking lot, from there take the H-Bahn from the Eichlinghofen or Campus Süd stops to the Dortmund-Universität S station. From there it is a four-minute walk to the Emil-Figge-Straße campus.
By public transportation:
- Take the U45 subway to Westfalenhallen, from there it is a seven-minute walk to the Max-Ophüls-Platz campus.
- By subway U42 to the Kreuzstraße stop, from there it is a five-minute walk to the Max-Ophüls-Platz campus.
By bike:
- Our Max-Ophüls-Platz campus is very easy to reach by bike from the city center.
- There is a Metropolradruhr station number 7375 directly at Max-Ophüls-Platz, from there it is a one-minute walk to our Campus Max-Ophüls-Platz.
By car:
- The address is: Max-Ophüls-Platz 2, 44137 Dortmund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer parking at this location.
